Utility Technician (Maintenance)

Location: Plainfield, Indiana, United States; onsite

Salary: $15.50–$16.50 per hour

What you will do

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance in a variety of work environments.
• Inspect and repair fleet vehicles, troubleshoot power tools, and replace components on production machines.
• Inspect work processes to ensure projects are completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety rules, procedures, and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Use boom lifts or highlifts for high-rise window cleaning, dusting, stainless steel and frame cleaning, and light cleaning.
• Work under supervision and collaborate with other employees while supporting customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of company-environment experience or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clear motor vehicle record.
• Completion of required safety and task-training certifications.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds.
