Senior Consultant Digital HR (SAP SuccessFactors)

What you will do

• Plan and support HR transformation and digitalization projects with HR, Finance, Controlling, IT, and Payroll.
• Own the strategic development and integration of SuccessFactors and Greenhouse across the IT landscape.
• Manage requirements, prioritization, roadmaps, releases, governance, configuration, and reporting.
• Translate strategic business initiatives into functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Coordinate external implementation partners and ensure system stability, data quality, and continuous improvement.
• Train users, maintain the SuccessFactors wiki and HR newsletter, provide first- and second-level support, and support audits and ad hoc analyses.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in HR IT, HRIS, or a SuccessFactors environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and HR processes in digital systems.
• Experience with product ownership, requirements management, and software or transformation projects.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a structured working style.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills, including user training and change support.
