hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Maintain fund accounting records and general ledger activity for investment funds.
• Prepare bank, cash, and balance sheet reconciliations, along with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Process accounts payable, cash disbursements, cash receipts, and other fund transactions.
• Support capital calls, distributions, investor communications, capital account statements, and reporting packages.
• Assist with management fee calculations, expense allocations, audit requests, and workpapers.
• Research and resolve accounting issues, maintain accounting standards compliance, and build relationships with clients, investors, and internal teams.

• Bachelor's degree required; related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Accounting and financial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of investment fund structures, accounting principles, and industry technology platforms.
