What you will do

• Assist with developing and implementing procedures that improve workflows and maintain SOPs.
• Enforce internal controls and SOX requirements, identify discrepancies, and report them to management.
• Research and resolve issues, respond accurately to help desk inquiries, and assist with aged items.
• Liaise with internal and external business partners during routine audits.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding investigative audits and complete additional tasks or projects assigned by the Accounts Payable Shared Services Manager.

• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to research and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to provide timely and accurate responses to help desk inquiries.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality related to investigative audits.
