Sr. Director - Franchise Revenue & Accounts Receivable

Location: Atlanta Support Center, United States; expected onsite presence 4 days per week, or 80%

What you will do

• Lead global franchise revenue, accounts receivable, cash collections, financial close, and reporting.
• Oversee billing, payment services, loyalty programs, cash application, reconciliations, and working capital processes across domestic and international brands.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting, U.S. GAAP compliance, control execution, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Partner with franchise leadership, Treasury, IT, Financial Systems, Accounts Payable, Enterprise Applications, Product, and brand leadership.
• Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities, financial analysis, acquisition integration, and process governance.
• Manage and develop a team of 5–7 direct reports while driving engagement, training, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in accounting or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant certification.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems, process improvement, change management, and system implementations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, financial analysis, and problem-solving.
• Experience leading high-performing teams across multiple corporate office hubs.
