EMEA Total Rewards Manager (Food Ingredients)

What you will do

• Deliver compensation planning, salary review, and rewards processes across EMEA.
• Maintain consistent rewards governance, job evaluation, and compensation practices across regional markets.
• Use market benchmarking and workforce insights to support talent, retention, and workforce investment decisions.
• Manage regional benefits and retirement programs in partnership with global rewards stakeholders, vendors, consultants, trustees, and local teams.
• Analyze benefits and retirement programs to support risk management, cost oversight, sustainability, and compliance.
• Streamline rewards processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance transparency in rewards decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive Total Rewards or broader HR experience with significant compensation responsibility.
• Experience supporting multi-country compensation programs across EMEA.
• Experience with pension, retirement, or long-term savings programs in a multinational organization.
• Experience partnering with HR and business stakeholders on compensation, benefits, and workforce decisions.
• Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and retirement practices across multiple EMEA countries.
• Professional fluency in English, with experience using external compensation surveys and market benchmarking methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in multinational manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, or commercial organizations.
• Experience with rewards analytics, workforce insights, job architecture, role leveling, and rewards governance.
• Experience supporting organizational transformation, integration, separation, or standalone company environments.
• Exposure to incentive programs, workforce planning, and Workday Compensation or similar HR technologies.

Hiring process

• The position is part of the Food Ingredients business unit, which is expected to transition to CVC Capital Partners after the anticipated sale closes in the first half of 2027, subject to approvals and closing conditions.
