Lead Flight Attendant (Private Aviation): Leading cabin operations on assigned Part 91 private aviation trips with an accent on service execution, passenger experience, provisioning, and real-time coordination of flight attendants. Location: New York City, NY; must be willing to relocate to Long Island, NY and work on-site.

Salary: $83,000–$175,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Lead cabin operations on assigned trips, owning execution, timing, service flow, and passenger experience.
  • Create adaptable service plans based on passenger profiles and trip requirements, including menu presentation and parallel preparation of multiple options.
  • Direct internal and contract flight attendants while providing real-time guidance and mentorship.
  • Coordinate with Executive Assistants, stakeholders, vendors, and provisioning partners.
  • Maintain cabin control, service consistency, presentation standards, and quality during changing conditions.
  • Deliver exceptional onboard experiences while following appearance and presentation guidelines.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Part 91 private aviation and experience supporting UHNW passengers in high-demand environments.
  • Formal corporate flight attendant training, such as FACTS, FlightSafety, or equivalent.
  • Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
  • Advanced culinary execution, menu planning, provisioning strategy, cabin systems, galley operations, and aircraft-specific service experience.
  • Proven ability to lead cabin operations, direct flight attendants, and coordinate with Executive Assistants and key stakeholders.
  • Valid passport, unrestricted international travel ability, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and availability for short-notice priority trips.
