Senior Flight Attendant

Location: Los Angeles, United States; duties may involve reporting to the office and maintaining aircraft readiness at the LAX or TEB base.

Salary: $135,000–$160,000 annual base salary, plus a 10% annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Support the Chief Pilot and Trip Captain with flight attendant safety, cabin operations, SOP compliance, and crew resource management.
• Assist passengers during emergencies and provide first aid, AED, and CPR support when required.
• Deliver high-level passenger service, manage catering, and ensure aircraft cabins are stocked, clean, and ready for flight.
• Coordinate aircraft supplies, cabin equipment, inventories, passenger preferences, and special requests.
• Support scheduling and contract flight attendant coordination, including cabin service planning and cost-containment activities.
• Develop and conduct in-house training, mentor non-senior flight attendants, and oversee outsourced initial training.

Requirements

• At least five years of related experience as a corporate or private flight attendant, including extensive international experience.
• Current first aid certification and AED/CPR qualification.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, customer service, food service, and passenger relations skills.
• Valid passport, required visas, and current identification cards required by the hirify.global Flight Operations Manual.
• Honesty, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct are material requirements.

• Aviation training or management experience.
