Cleared On Site - Senior Business Systems Analyst (5530)

Location: On site in Washington, DC, United States; active Top Secret clearance required.

Salary: $114,600–$192,500 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead technical and functional requirements-gathering sessions with federal stakeholders.
• Translate business processes into technical specifications, data blueprints, Agile user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with developers to design, test, and deliver executive dashboards, operational KPIs, and BI reports using FFDW and enterprise BI tools such as TIBCO WebFOCUS.
• Serve as the interface between technical teams and FBI Finance & Facilities Division leadership.
• Create end-user documentation and lead training to support platform adoption and self-service BI.
• Drive business-analysis workstreams in Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Data Consultant in federal contracting.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing facilitation and technical training for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate complex federal business processes into developer-ready specifications, data blueprints, and user stories.
• Must work on site in Washington, DC, United States.
• Must already have U.S. work authorization; hirify.global does not provide immigration or employment-authorization sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with federal financial management systems, procurement processes, or UFMS.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or relevant BI certification.
