Director, Category Management (Healthcare Procurement)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $148,000–$274,200 per year

What you will do

• Develop procurement solutions and category strategies at project, category, and organizational levels.
• Guide sourcing-event strategies and monitor high-value proposal evaluations and award decisions.
• Engage senior leadership and business stakeholders to drive adoption of category strategies and organizational changes.
• Manage global enterprise supplier relationships, supplier performance reviews, and supplier risk management activities.
• Partner with Contracting CoE leaders to improve contract templates, visibility, and risk management.
• Lead the Category team and improve procurement compliance, policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Sourcing, Procurement, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• CPM, CPSM, or CSCP certification preferred.
