Summer 2027 Internship - Engineering (Aerospace)

hirify.global is developing Nova, a fully and rapidly reusable launch vehicle designed to reduce launch costs, increase availability, and improve reliability.

What you will do

• Work on real, open-ended engineering problems through high-impact projects.
• Contribute to engineering teams in mechanical, manufacturing, avionics, and test operations.
• Collaborate closely with a mentor and other employees while applying and developing engineering skills.
• Design, build, test, and integrate hardware supporting the Nova launch vehicle.

Requirements

• Onsite work is required at Cape Canaveral, Kent, or Moses Lake.
• U.S. work authorization and eligibility to access ITAR-controlled technology are required.
• Mechanical candidates should have project-level experience with mechanical, thermodynamic, or fluid design and analysis.
• Manufacturing candidates should have hands-on experience building things or working in a machine shop.
• Avionics candidates should have experience designing, testing, or integrating PCBs, test equipment, or harnesses.
• Test Operations candidates should have hands-on experience building things or performing hazardous operations such as pressure testing or cryogenic handling.
