Director Pre-Sales Solutioning Architect & Digital Transformation (AI)

What you will do

• Advise C-level stakeholders and business leaders on strategic technology decisions.
• Shape digital transformation strategies and translate customer challenges into innovative, commercially viable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing solution concepts for strategic opportunities.
• Design scalable end-to-end architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Build business cases with clear ROI and customer impact.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams, define transformation roadmaps, and guide customers through change.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, or technology consulting.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives and customer engagements.
• Strong pre-sales experience, including solution shaping and executive presentations.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with C-level stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.

Nice to have

• TOGAF or cloud certifications.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, automotive, energy, banking, retail, or utilities.
