TL;DR
Solution Architect (Enterprise Architecture/IT Strategy): Designing end-to-end technical solutions for banking tribes and complex IT environments with an accent on architecture alignment, infrastructure assets, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on resolving squad dependencies, slicing epics into features, maintaining IT roadmaps, and ensuring implemented solutions follow architectural standards.
Location: Hybrid work in Madrid, with agreed days at the MAD office

What you will do
- Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with domain architecture, enterprise architecture, and IT strategy.
- Refine technical solution directions and dependencies with enterprise architects, domain architects, squad members, and IT Chapter Leads.
- Guide squads in select solutions, prioritiz epics and features, and align dependencies across squads.
- Facilitate epic slic into features and support feature plann with delivery squads.
- Collaborate on tribe and asset roadmaps and the evolution of the tribe’s IT landscape.
- Maintain solution and system documentation and ensure implementations follow approved designs and standards.
Requirements
- Strategic understand of bank objectives and IT strategy.
- Professional experience as a software engineer, architect, or in a similar technology-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure and IT assets within the relevant domain.
- Ability to evaluate and balance alternative technical solutions against business and technical requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and clear, direct communication skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in uncertain and multidisciplinary environments.
