Solution Architect (Banking)

Location: Hybrid work in Madrid, Spain, with regular attendance at the hirify.global MAD office

What you will do

• Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with domain architecture, enterprise architecture, and IT strategy.
• Refine technical directions and dependencies in epics with enterprise and domain architects, IT Chapter Leads, and squad members.
• Guide squads in selecthirify.global solutions, prioritizhirify.global epics and features, and alignhirify.global implementation with standards.
• Collaborate on tribe and asset roadmaps and help resolve dependencies between squads.
• Facilitate epic slichirify.global into features and support feature plannhirify.global with delivery squads.
• Maintain the tribe’s IT landscape and ensure solution documentation remains up to date.

Requirements

• Strategic understandhirify.global of bankhirify.global objectives and IT direction.
• Workhirify.global experience as a software engineer, architect, or in a similar technology-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure and IT assets within the relevant domain.
