What you will do

• Support the Chief Risk Officer in developing, implementing, and enhancing the Enterprise Risk Management framework for the CEIC Singapore Branch.
• Facilitate risk appetite calibration and drive the identification, assessment, monitoring, mitigation, and reporting of key risks.
• Oversee operational risk registers, Operational Loss and Near Miss reporting, risk documentation, and remediation plans.
• Provide second-line challenge and oversight for outsourcing governance, third-party management, and business continuity management.
• Prepare materials, dashboards, and reports for Risk Forums, governance committees, and senior leadership.
• Partner with Compliance, Internal Audit, Data Privacy, Information Protection, International Health, and regional risk teams on risk issues and control gaps.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or a related field.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, learn quickly, and use new technologies and tools effectively.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CRMP, FRM, CERA, or CIA.
