Investigations Specialist (Compliance)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end compliance investigations across the APAC region.
• Investigate allegations involving bribery, kickbacks, corruption, antitrust, conflicts of interest, confidential information, financial misconduct, and third-party misconduct.
• Develop investigation strategies while maintaining neutrality, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Analyze evidence and financial, expense, and sales data to establish fact-based conclusions.
• Prepare legally robust reports and recommendations addressing root causes and remediation.
• Manage multiple investigations and collaborate with HR, Legal, and other stakeholders through timely resolution.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience conducting global compliance investigations, preferably in a private or publicly traded company.
• Experience with email search tools, Salesforce, online research, and case management systems.
• Strong analytical skills for collecting, analyzing, and reconciling financial, expense, and sales data.
• Professional judgment, emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to communicate findings through clear, fact-based conclusions and recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience with NAVEX EthicsPoint.
• Juris Doctorate or international equivalent.
• Certified Fraud Examiner certification.
