Trust & Safety Investigator II, Singapore

What you will do

• Investigate sensitive and escalated abuse claims, financial fraud, and Trust & Safety issues affecting customers.
• Handle legal requests, including requests for information, subpoenas, and court orders.
• Deliver operations within service-level agreements while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.
• Partner with Policy, Legal, Product, Security, and other teams to scale compliant processes.
• Manage sensitive content and emotionally charged escalations with tact and calm.
• Participate in rotating weekend and off-hours coverage.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of anti-abuse or support escalation experience at an Internet Service Provider or hosting provider.
• Working knowledge of DNS and how the Internet works.
• Experience working with lawyers and legal teams on document production requests.
• Experience interacting with law enforcement individuals and agencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
• Experience handling sensitive content and emotionally charged escalations with tact and calm.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of legal considerations for hosted material, including notice and takedown processes.
• Familiarity with the DMCA, copyright, and trademark issues.
• Experience working with Security teams on threat identification and disruption.
• Experience with compliance, sanctions, and similar regulatory regimes.
