What you will do

• Evaluate market risk-taking behavior through portfolio- and transaction-level analysis.
• Calibrate and set risk limits, monitor adherence, and communicate material risks to senior management.
• Analyze market events and their impact on commodities portfolios covering oil, metals, and power.
• Perform proactive stress tests ahead of significant market events.
• Implement new risk measures and improve existing risk management processes.
• Review and challenge trading activities, support new-product market risk approvals, and engage with traders and bankers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative or analytical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in the industry or a relevant role.
• Experience in commodities markets and understanding of financial products, including derivatives and Greeks.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and seniority levels.
• Ability to communicate complex information directly to senior management.
