Sr. Financial Analyst - Arby's

What you will do

• Own designated areas of the Arby's P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and month-end performance reporting.
• Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning for the Arby's business.
• Prepare recurring financial reporting packages, analyses, management presentations, and executive meeting materials.
• Manage G&A expense forecasting and reporting while partnering with business leaders to understand spending trends and assumptions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting for the Arby's Franchise Association.
• Develop financial models, investigate performance drivers with Accounting, and identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong capabilities in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, planning, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and financial modeling techniques.
• Understanding of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow concepts.
• Ability to synthesize financial and operational data, communicate insights clearly, manage priorities independently, and collaborate across functions.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, franchise, or other multi-unit operating environments.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Oracle EPBCS, Smart View, Essbase, OneStream, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
