M3 Functional Analyst - EMEA (Infor M3 ERP)

What you will do

• Own functional support for the Infor M3 ERP across the EMEA region.
• Design and streamline integrated business processes for Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Logistics, retailers, and consumers.
• Gather business requirements, maintain process flows, and create functional specifications for M3 and related systems.
• Collaborate with technology teams and business users on implementations, testing, upgrades, fixes, and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance, investigate production failures, perform initial root-cause analysis, and support defect remediation.
• Support EDI onboarding, documentation, and automation efforts, including scripts that improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience implementing, administering, managing, or supporting enterprise IT applications.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Infor M3 as a Systems or Functional Analyst.
• Functional knowledge of supply chain processes within Infor M3 and strong business requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to query databases such as DB2 and SQL Server.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills; availability for after-hours support when needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in the consumer goods industry.
• Knowledge of M3 technologies including the Business Engine database, Grid, Infor ION, MEC, and StreamServe.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or similar development methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL service management and systems administration best practices.
