Supervisor Building and Grounds

Location: hirify.global Global Headquarters, Easton, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite. Local travel between company facilities is required, along with occasional work or on-call support outside normal hours for facility or plant emergencies. A relocation package is offered.

hirify.global develops mechanical pipe joining solutions and fire protection products for industrial, infrastructure, and commercial applications.

What you will do

• Inspect buildings, grounds, and facilities; prioritize maintenance, repairs, renovations, and service requests.
• Monitor utility systems including plumbing, storm drains, fire protection, elevators, HVAC, and lighting.
• Coordinate janitorial services, landscaping, parking lot and sidewalk maintenance, snow and ice removal, waste removal, pest control, and pond services.
• Manage maintenance supplies, equipment inventory, deliveries, furniture moves, installations, and event-related setups.
• Scope, source, and manage small to medium facility renovation projects with internal teams and external contractors.
• Coordinate contractor bidding, RFIs, addendums, change orders, cost tracking, and project implementation.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Construction Engineering, or another technical degree with applicable experience.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or a corporate office environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and create drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Knowledge of national and local building codes, environmental requirements, OSHA, and related regulations.
• Basic knowledge of architectural, civil, electrical, environmental, and mechanical engineering disciplines.
• Strong AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and MS Project or comparable project management software skills, plus strong organization and communication abilities.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored immigration support.

• Working knowledge of building processes and construction principles.
• Experience with work order systems.
