What you will do
- Manage and complete the 13 Milestones of Construction as specified in internal systems.
- Control cost overruns and manage project budgets effectively.
- Read, interpret, and implement construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Maintain high survey scores and meet cycle time targets.
- Coordinate with customers, management, and personnel to ensure project success.
- Utilize mobile and desktop applications to track construction progress.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Three years of related construction experience.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle capable of carrying supplies.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including walking on unlevel terrain, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- General knowledge of municipal permitting, regulations, and building codes.
- Proficiency with MS Office and email.

- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- Experience working in high-pressure, high-production environments.
