Senior Associate, Product Marketing (Infrastructure & Real Assets)

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work arrangement with 18 remote workdays per quarter subject to manager approval

Base salary: $105,000–$115,000 per year, plus potential discretionary annual bonus and additional total rewards eligibility.

What you will do

• Build and implement marketing content for infrastructure and real assets product launches.
• Lead core launch deliverables, including presentations, factsheets, DDQs, PPM content, communication plans, and related materials.
• Define product messaging with key partners using competitor and market research to inform positioning.
• Develop content for webcasts, events, product insights, sales emails, and fundraising initiatives.
• Own go-to-market initiatives, messaging frameworks, archetype narratives, and insight materials for assigned strategies.
• Coordinate with product specialists, investment, operations, investor relations, compliance, data, legal teams, and external legal counsel.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience developing marketing materials and content for institutional asset management.
• Strong understanding of marketing communications, relationship management, financial markets, investment concepts, and private markets clients.
• Infrastructure and real assets experience is beneficial.
• Proven business writing, grammar, spelling, proofreading, and quality-control skills.
• Ability to advise senior partners and investment professionals, analyze information independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, or equivalent experience.
