Logistics Representative (Clinical Trials)

Location: Estenfeld, Germany, near Würzburg; hybrid work with 3–4 days in the office and 1–2 days remote

What you will do

• Perform data entry and process logistics paperwork according to established guidelines.
• Coordinate schedules with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other internal departments.
• Coordinate daily shipments and production orders across business lines.
• Monitor shipment and order tracking, report status, and escalate emergencies.
• Verify promised shipping and receiving dates and required documentation.
• Organize global inbound and outbound shipments and maintain performance indicators.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, or operations management.
• Apprenticeship or professional training in logistics, forwarding, industrial environments, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in logistics, supply chain, or an industrial administrative environment is preferred.
• Fluent English and advanced German are required.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with databases, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, organization, communication, reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail.
