Senior Supply Chain Analyst (FMCG)

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Hesse, Germany; hybrid working set-up

Gross annual salary: EUR 68,720–81,605, plus a target bonus of 7.5% of base salary

What you will do

• Manage outbound transportation performance across DACH/EE EMEA export markets, tracking OTIF, delivery adherence, collection adherence, and carrier performance.
• Coordinate with the distribution center, TMS team, carriers, Customer Fulfilment, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Assess lane capacity, carrier capability, equipment and driver constraints, and recommend mitigation or alternative carriers.
• Control contracted, spot, fuel, accessorial, claim, penalty, and chargeback costs while investigating rate and allocation deviations.
• Manage order release, shipment tendering, collection, delivery, proof of delivery, and transport exceptions.
• Lead root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, carrier reviews, monthly business reviews, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, transportation, or a related field, preferably in FMCG.
• Experience with supply chain or transportation operations across multiple markets and external carriers.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability, with confidence using performance reports, transport data, and cost information.
• Working knowledge of TMS processes, carrier tendering, freight rates, delivery performance, and transport exception management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, influencing, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Fluency in English and German at minimum B2 level is required. A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Oracle TMS, and ISIS-AS400 IBM.
