Junior Customers Logistics Operations (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with a flexible remote-office setup. Remote work from almost anywhere is available for up to 2 months per year.

What you will do

• Ensure compliance with customer-specific service-level agreements across a customer portfolio.
• Coordinate the resolution of operational issues in existing logistics solutions with internal departments and customers.
• Work with key account management and internal teams to optimize logistics and transport processes.
• Communicate with operational customer contacts in German and English to build long-term collaboration.
• Prepare and independently discuss weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports in Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Operational experience in parcel operations, transportation, or warehouse management within an e-commerce environment.
• Experience with B2B customer communication and customer service.
• Data-driven working approach and strong service orientation.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• English and German proficiency at C1 level or above.
