Maintenance Technician

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Workplace: On-site.

Salary: $25–$32.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance on material handling equipment, conveyors, conveyance systems, storage racking, and facility infrastructure.
• Diagnose equipment failures, respond to unplanned downtime, and complete hands-on repairs safely and efficiently.
• Support warehouse operations, peak readiness, facility expansions, and new equipment deployments.
• Maintain asset registries and use a CMMS to manage work orders, maintenance schedules, repairs, and downtime records.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and supervise temporary or contract housekeeping and janitorial staff.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, safety standards, and internal policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an industrial, facilities, or maintenance technician in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Hands-on experience with conveyor and sortation systems, material handling equipment, and industrial facility systems.
• Technical education, certifications, or training in conveyor maintenance, powered industrial trucks, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing principles.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as Limble, MaintainX, UpKeep, Maximo, or Fiix.
• Experience supervising contractors or temporary labor in fast-paced, uptime-critical environments.
