Maintenance Technician

Location: 6050 East North Belt Rd, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

Salary: $70,740–$82,368 USD annually, plus an annual bonus or role-based sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain automated machinery, conveyor systems, robotics, and other facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including lubrication, calibration, parts replacement, and maintenance planning.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex equipment and identify root causes under time constraints.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve automated systems and plan system upgrades.
• Document work orders, equipment logs, inventory records, and preventive-maintenance tasks in the CMMS.
• Support facility safety, cleanliness, technician training, spare-parts availability, and OSHA compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or an associate degree is preferred.
• Experience as a maintenance technician in a highly automated distribution center or manufacturing facility.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, including the ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Experience troubleshooting conveyors, robotics, PLCs, automated storage systems, and low-voltage electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot 240VAC and 480VAC systems and perform routine inspections and repairs.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and safety skills, with flexibility to work shifts and respond to emergencies.
