Banking Advisor Senior (MLO)

What you will do

• Advise current and prospective high-net-worth clients on credit and cash management solutions.
• Originate and sell banking products and services through internal and external client networks.
• Analyze, structure, negotiate, document, and execute complex credit and non-credit banking transactions.
• Manage and monitor a book of business to support client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Evaluate and mitigate credit risk while ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members.

Requirements

• University or college degree; a Bachelor's degree is listed for the role.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Advanced knowledge of credit fundamentals, credit analysis, financial management, and risk mitigation.
• Experience with client relationship management, portfolio management, sales negotiation, and value selling.
• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Must work in the hirify.global office in Lancaster, PA or Mechanicsburg, PA; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
