Technical Lead - Solutions Architect

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 per year

• Design and implement technical solutions that meet organizational and customer needs.
• Lead engineers and coordinate fully staffed, cross-functional Agile teams.
• Support high-quality software delivery across the full development lifecycle.
• Apply Agile and DevSecOps methodologies to improve system configuration and custom development.
• Contribute to evolving development standards and share lessons learned with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Public Trust clearance is required.
• Strong technical expertise in solution architecture and software development.
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and the FDIC System Development Life Cycle Framework.
