Senior SAP Security Analyst (SAP)

Location: On-site in Orange, Connecticut; Rochester, New York; Binghamton, New York; or Augusta, Maine. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $106,000–$132,500 annually in Connecticut; $96,400–$120,500 annually in New York or Maine, depending on experience and location.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and support SAP security roles and profiles across ECC, CRM, BW, GRC, SAP BusinessObjects BI, and Solution Manager.
• Develop SAP security solutions and configuration changes, prepare specifications, and support access authorization requirements.
• Design and maintain GRC rulesets, policy governance, Segregation of Duties controls, and audit support activities.
• Review rulesets, identify improvement opportunities, and remediate access violations.
• Translate business and functional requirements into secure technical specifications and solutions.
• Review and approve change requests and transports, maintain documentation, and support end-user training.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive SAP Security experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with GRC compliance tools, preferably INFOR Approva or SAP GRC.
• Associate’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing SAP Security within ECC, CRM, BW, and BOBJ systems.
• Understanding of Segregation of Duties concepts and the Sarbanes-Oxley framework.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and Microsoft Office skills.

• Availability for occasional travel, after-hours project work, and on-call support.
