SAP Governance & Risk Engineer

Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Design, implement, and operate security and access-control frameworks for complex SAP landscapes.
• Design SAP roles and manage user provisioning across S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, and SuccessFactors.
• Operate SAP GRC Access Control components including ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM.
• Perform segregation-of-duties analysis and support SAP audits and remediation activities.
• Secure Fiori, BTP, and cloud SAP applications.
• Support SAP Process Control and integrations with SAP IDM or third-party IGA tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP Security or GRC experience in enterprise landscapes.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP authorization concepts and role design.
• Deep experience with SAP GRC Access Control.
• Experience supporting SAP audits and remediation activities.
• Hands-on experience securing Fiori, BTP, and cloud SAP applications.
• Strong understanding of SOX, GxP, and PCI regulatory frameworks.

Nice to have

• SAP-certified Security or GRC credentials.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Identity services, including IAS, IPS, and SCIM-based integrations.
• Familiarity with HANA security, analytic privileges, and continuous controls monitoring.
• Exposure to SAP RISE or Grow security operating models.
