What you will do

• Analyze and model broadband telemetry data including throughput, latency, packet loss, and device metrics.
• Develop ML models for upsell, churn prevention, anomaly detection, forecasting, and capacity prediction.
• Build features for network health scoring, service quality monitoring, and subscriber QoE analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into cloud-native analytics pipelines.
• Perform EDA, feature engineering, and deploy scalable ML pipelines to production.
• Design experiments, communicate insights via dashboards, and manage model lifecycles.

Requirements

• PhD in Data Science or Computer Science
• Min 5+ years experience translating research to production AI.
• Strong statistics, probability, linear algebra; experience with time-series, telemetry datasets.
• Hands-on ML: regression, classification, clustering, anomaly/change-point detection.
• Python (NumPy, pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn), strong SQL, clean code practices.
• Broadband/network data fundamentals: latency, throughput, noisy/incomplete data.

Nice to have

• Experience in broadband networks (PON, DOCSIS, Wi-Fi), subscriber analytics.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring.
• Real-time analytics, streaming data, publications in network ML.
