Graduate Trader Programme Amsterdam 2027 (AI)

Location: Amsterdam, with an initial 11-week training programme in London. Following training, work continues in the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Learn the foundations of options market making, pricing, probability, and risk.
• Apply theoretical knowledge through trading simulations, mock trading, and classroom-based sessions.
• Gain exposure to the tools and systems used on trading desks.
• Begin live trading within the first eight weeks and take on increasing responsibility with support.
• Complete desk placements in Amsterdam and progress toward joining a dedicated trading desk.

Requirements

• Be a final-year undergraduate or master’s student, or a recent graduate.
• Demonstrate strong numeracy skills and a solid understanding of probability and statistics.
• Have a genuine interest in financial markets and curiosity to learn.
• Be willing to adopt and use emerging AI technologies.
• Show entrepreneurial thinking, critical problem-solving, sound decision-making, adaptability, collaboration, and accountability.
• Be able to attend the London training programme and work from the Amsterdam office afterward.
