What you will do

• Support investment professionals in servicing hirify.global clients and delivering high-quality client service.
• Gather, analyze, and discuss economic, financial-market, and investment trends.
• Evaluate portfolio structures and deliver attribution analyses to Account Managers and clients.
• Create and deliver reports, presentations, and data on financial markets, investments, and economic trends.
• Collaborate across hirify.global teams and departments while using AI-powered tools to solve problems and improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Available to begin full-time employment at a hirify.global office between January 2028 and August 2028.
• On track to achieve a minimum 2:1 degree, or equivalent, from an accredited college or university.
• Native or equivalent English fluency required.
• Strong interest in financial markets, macroeconomics, and investment finance.
• Motivation to provide client service and build strong client relationships, with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies verbally and in writing in a complex financial and mathematical environment.
• Results orientation, attention to detail, strong time management, and ethical, collaborative, organized, flexible, energetic, self-starting, accountable, and humble traits.
• Experience using emerging technologies and AI tools in work or school projects to solve problems and drive better outcomes.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills, particularly Arabic, French, Dutch, or Nordic languages.
