What you will do

• Improve existing algorithmic trading strategies and develop new ones.
• Add new trading products and improve the technology supporting trading systems.
• Analyze large volumes of trading and transaction data to generate and prioritize insights.
• Build and test solutions that can directly improve trading performance and company P&L.
• Develop an independent trading desk and product with guidance from experienced traders, developers, and management.

Requirements

• Strong Python skills with 1–3 years of experience gained through work, study, or personal projects.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong willingness to learn algorithmic, high-frequency, quantitative, and liquidity provision trading.
• Problem-solving ability and readiness to combine trading, coding, data analysis, and collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, determination, humility, and willingness to work non-standard hours in a 24/7 crypto trading environment.

Nice to have

• Prior trading knowledge is helpful but not required.
