Lead Acquisition Analyst

Location: Hybrid attendance onsite 2–5 times per week in Arlington, Virginia and/or Washington, DC; must live within a 1–2 hour commutable distance in the DMV area. US citizenship required.

Salary: $84,000–$130,000 per year.

What you will do

• Provide expert guidance throughout all phases of the federal acquisition lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and DHS acquisition regulations and policies.
• Manage complex acquisition projects and mission-critical procurement activities.
• Prepare procurement packages and related documentation to facilitate contract awards.
• Engage senior leadership, oversight organizations, internal stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to gather information and represent program interests.
• Work across multiple systems while adapting to evolving requirements.

Requirements

• DHS Public Trust EOD clearance is required.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience supporting federal acquisition activities and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of Federal and DHS acquisition regulations and policies.
• Strong organization, analytical judgment, and methodical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and manage changing requirements.
