Talent Acquisition Consultant (Middle)

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine; hybrid office with a 3/2 schedule. Office presence is mandatory.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
• Build effective search strategies and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Source candidates through headhunting and networking.
• Drive and coordinate interviews, including competency-based interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers on candidate placement and support a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain the Teamtailor applicant tracking system and contribute to employer branding.

Requirements

• Two to five years of proven successful experience in IT recruitment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Higher education in a related field.
• Strong ownership, responsibility, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Business-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
