Loading Bay Supervisor (Transport and Logistics)

What you will do

• Supervise loading bay activities, including pickup times, truck checks, manifests, and flight-to-truck allocations.
• Coordinate with Transport and Dispatch to ensure efficient delivery of catering goods to aircraft.
• Ensure operations follow standard operating procedures, critical control points, health and safety, food safety, and legal requirements.
• Prepare productivity and performance reports for management.
• Lead team performance, support development, and contribute to succession planning.

Requirements

• Experience working in a large, fast-paced team within transport and logistics or catering.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Positive, dependable, flexible, and able to make efficient decisions under pressure.
• Problem-solving mentality with the energy and drive to deliver results.
