Senior Project Manager (Electrical Construction)

Location: On-site in Hermiston, Umatilla, or Boardman, Oregon, or Richland, Pasco, or Kennewick, Washington, United States

Salary: $135,000–$200,000 annually, plus a discretionary year-end bonus

What you will do

• Supervise multiple Project Managers overseeing multiple electrical construction projects.
• Manage projects valued up to $30 million or multiple large projects simultaneously.
• Own project planning, execution, cost tracking, reporting, and closeout.
• Control schedule, budget, labor efficiency, project performance, and earned value.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, vendors, foremen, and in-house operations.
• Support cross-selling of integrated company solutions and maintain an injury-free safety culture.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience selling, estimating, and managing multi-million-dollar industrial construction or advanced technology projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering plus 10 years of construction project experience, or the specified equivalent combination of foreman and Project Manager experience.
• Superior knowledge of electrical codes, construction methods, labor, materials, and contract management.
• Experience managing projects with more than 100,000 man-hours and completing detailed electrical project take-offs and estimates.
• Experience with heavy power distribution, instrumentation installation, process control, system integration, QA/QC procedures, and system turnover.
• Relevant electrical subcontracting experience is required.
