Base pay: PLN 205,000–354,200

What you will do

• Conduct intelligence collection, research, and analysis to identify emerging cyber threats, adversary activity, vulnerabilities, and relevant trends.
• Produce intelligence reports and briefings that communicate cyber threats, business impact, and recommended actions.
• Lead threat research projects using incident data and security telemetry to generate actionable risk-reduction insights.
• Partner with cyber defense, vulnerability management, and engineering teams on threat hunting, detection engineering, security operations, and exposure reduction.
• Develop AI-enabled and automated intelligence workflows using LLM and Agentic AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, prioritization, and escalation.
• Collaborate with security and business stakeholders, industry peers, government partners, and intelligence-sharing communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, including significant cyber threat intelligence or threat research experience.
• Excellent threat intelligence writing and briefing skills, with a strong understanding of the current threat landscape and intelligence lifecycle.
• Experience researching nation-state and criminal cyber threat actors and applying structured analysis methods such as the Diamond Model and Cyber Kill Chain.
• Proven understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT, closed intelligence sources, and analysis of internal incident data.
• Experience working with virtual, global teams and diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM and Agentic AI tools, automation, or data science teams.
• Experience analyzing data from web proxies, firewalls, IPS, IDS, and enterprise antivirus solutions.
• Experience with SOAR, SIEM, and Threat Intelligence Platform products.
• Knowledge of geopolitics and its relationship to the cyber threat landscape.
• CISSP, SANS GSEC, GCTI, GCFA, or similar security certifications.
