CTI Senior Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Boadilla del Monte, Spain; hybrid work with some days remote and some days onsite.

What you will do

• Create high-quality cyber threat intelligence at strategic, operational, and technical levels.
• Coordinate intelligence collection and analysis across regions to maintain a unified intelligence capability.
• Assess complex threats, adversary groups, campaigns, tactics, techniques, and procedures using structured analytical methods.
• Work with Incident Response, Threat Detection, Risk, Fraud, cyber defence, and senior business stakeholders to inform decisions and mitigations.
• Expand coverage of priority threats and sectors across hirify.global’s global footprint.
• Represent CTI in cross-functional and external intelligence-sharing initiatives while strengthening team capabilities.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence, Cybersecurity Operations, or related intelligence roles within large enterprises.
• Experience managing and integrating multiple intelligence sources and applying threat modelling frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, Kill Chain, and Diamond Model.
• Ability to produce finished intelligence across strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
• Hands-on experience with intelligence platforms and tooling, plus understanding of EDR, SIEM, firewalls, and proxies.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Intelligence Studies, or a related technical or analytical discipline.
• English and Spanish are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with intelligence-sharing communities or public-private partnerships.
• Experience leading automation or process-improvement initiatives in CTI operations.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, International Security, or Data Analytics.
• Certifications such as GCTI, GCIH, CCTIA, or CISSP.
• Knowledge of malware reports, C2 infrastructure, IOCs, Python, or intelligence-flow automation.
