Senior Analyst Cyber Security Threat Management

Location: Limerick, Ireland; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Perform initial triage and incident analysis for security alerts in the SIEM.
• Respond to potential incidents using security runbooks, playbooks, and independent judgment.
• Collaborate with security teams to develop SOAR and automation solutions that improve response efficiency.
• Design, review, and tune alerts to improve monitoring effectiveness.
• Apply AI capabilities to threat triage and remediation.
• Escalate incidents when additional or immediate action is required, and mentor team members on new procedures and playbooks.

Requirements

• Experience in information technology or cybersecurity, including security operations or incident response.
• Programming knowledge and aptitude.
• Understanding of threat actor goals, behaviors, and tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Creative problem-solving skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Right to work in Ireland at the time of application and throughout employment.
• Employment permit sponsorship is not available for this role.
