Client Operations Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Run daily operational processes across trading, reconciliation, settlement, and corporate actions.
• Complete time-sensitive tasks accurately while maintaining audit trails and documentation.
• Investigate operational breaks, exceptions, and failed transactions through timely resolution.
• Monitor and reconcile data across internal and external systems.
• Improve operational processes, controls, workflows, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Client Experience, Product, and Compliance teams and ensure alignment with FCA, AML/KYC, CASS, and Consumer Duty requirements.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in investment operations within financial services, wealth management, brokerage, or fintech.
• Hands-on experience with trading, reconciliation, settlement, or corporate actions.
• Understanding of investment operations processes and controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and risk-escalation skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a deadline-driven, regulated environment.
• English fluency at C1 level or above is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL or operational tooling.
• Experience contributing to process improvements or system changes.
• Experience in investment, wealth management, or fintech start-ups and scale-ups.
