Operations Team Lead - 1st Shift (Distribution)

Location: La Vergne, Tennessee, USA — onsite distribution center role

Pay: $22.61 per hour and up, depending on experience

What you will do

• Lead department workflow and provide direction to hourly associates.
• Train and develop hourly associates.
• Act as the department contact for production systems issues and questions.
• Monitor quality and productivity standards and recommend solutions to operational issues.
• Plan and coordinate work activities to ensure efficient task completion.
• Coordinate workflow with other departments and assist with policy and payroll administration.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience with PC-based applications.
• At least one year of experience in a warehouse operations environment.
• At least six months of experience involving physical activities such as walking, standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, climbing, typing, and reaching.
• Availability for the Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule, with possible overtime.
