340B Implementation Administrator (SaaS)

Location: United States Work at Home; remote work requires cable broadband or fiber optic internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Annual salary: USD 87,800–146,400, depending on experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead multiple customer-facing 340B implementation projects from initiation and planning through execution, launch, and transition to account management.
• Assess customer programs, pain points, internal systems, and data to create customized implementation approaches and success factors.
• Manage customer data assessments, extract setups, wholesaler integrations, and Verity software configurations.
• Coordinate testing, software training, documentation, and workflow execution to support a smooth transition to live operations.
• Serve as the primary Verity program contact and subject matter expert, escalating unique technical or product needs when required.
• Coordinate with customers, Pharmacy and TPA partners, Product Management, Product Development, Sales, Accounting, and Account Management.

Requirements

• BA or BS in business, healthcare, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of customer-facing technology implementation and project management experience; SaaS experience is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data issues and troubleshoot customer data or Verity Solutions database schema problems.
• Strong Microsoft Office experience with expert Excel capability.
• Strong verbal and written communication, prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in 340B or pharmacy operations is desired; PMP certification is desired.
