Elbow Bend Trainee (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Locate and mark bending and cutting lines on workpieces.
• Set up and operate tube benders.
• Cut, deburr, and size bent tubes using fixtures or mylars.
• Position, align, fit, fabricate, and assemble tubing components.
• Verify workpieces against specifications and quality requirements.
• Perform regular standing, walking, reaching, hand handling, and lifting of materials up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Requirements

• One-year college or technical school certificate, or three to six months of related experience or training.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Ability to maintain consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to perform the essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodation when necessary.
