Elbow Bend Trainee (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Laconia, New Hampshire, United States; onsite, full-time

Aerospace manufacturing operations producing metal tubing products for aircraft applications.

What you will do

• Locate and mark bending and cutting lines on metal workpieces.
• Set up and operate tube benders.
• Cut, deburr, size, and inspect bent tubes using fixtures or mylars.
• Position, align, fit, fabricate, and assemble tubing components.
• Verify that workpieces conform to specifications.
• Maintain reliable attendance and perform additional assigned duties.

Requirements

• One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or three to six months of related experience or training.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear during work activities.
• Ability to lift or move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
