STS Aerospace manufactures rigid and flexible metal tubing and related assemblies for aerospace applications.

What you will do

• Fabricate rigid and flexible metal tubes by cutting, grinding, forming, deburring, cleaning, swaging, and polishing.
• Prepare, assemble, install, salvage, and repair tube assemblies, fixtures, equipment, and products.
• Set up and operate abrasive, squaring, deburring, and sizing equipment, including swagers.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections and test components, tube details, assemblies, and finished products.
• Maintain accurate mylar fixtures and prepare assemblies to required cosmetic and dimensional specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, method sheets, process sheets, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, related training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to three months of related experience or training is acceptable.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing instructions.
• Ability to lift or move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Reliable, regular, and punctual attendance is required.
