What you will do

• Inspect vehicles mechanically for safety and drivability and document findings in the inventory management system.
• Perform bumper-to-bumper, advanced automotive repairs, part replacements, and vehicle builds.
• Coordinate with Reconditioning Center Management on repairing or rejecting inventory based on repair costs and vehicle quality.
• Diagnose and repair cooling, braking, charging, steering and suspension, air conditioning, and electrical systems.
• Test-drive repaired vehicles to confirm that issues have been fully resolved.
• Maintain a safe shop environment by preventing spills and other avoidable hazards.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience performing light- to medium-line automotive work across domestic, European, and Asian vehicle brands.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Vocational or technical degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and personal tool set required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate in English is required for work in a safety-sensitive and technical environment.

Nice to have

• ASE certification.
