What you will do

• Support the development and execution of omnichannel retail marketing strategies and plans.
• Coordinate go-to-market activities for key brand stories and business initiatives.
• Help evaluate and optimize marketing programs based on performance results.
• Develop consumer engagement programs and support marketing events.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver initiatives.
• Apply lessons learned and improve internal marketing processes and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Working knowledge of the marketing creative process and consumer behavior.
• Understanding of the digital environment, consumer mindset, competitor landscape, and retail marketplace.
• Ability to analyze basic expenses against budget and marketing program results, and deliver projects on time and on budget.
